Select committee members play a vital role in the network’s success by helping spearhead valuable programs, events, educational opportunities, and resources that benefit SBN members. By lending just a few hours a month, volunteers build meaningful industry connections, gain leadership skills, and play a direct role in connecting, educating, and building awareness of remarkable women in the automotive aftermarket industry.
Applicants must be employed by a SEMA member company, be an SBN member, and be willing to serve a two-year term. Elected members contribute 5-10 hours per month, depending on their volunteer commitments. Strong planning skills and aftermarket knowledge are helpful, but the most desired trait is a passion for giving back to the industry.
