Dozens of companies are sending female staff members to take part in the first-ever SBN Women's Leadership Forum on March 16-18 in Costa Mesa, CA.

With two tracks available – one for personal development and one for leadership – participants will address common challenges and obtain information that is most relevant to their professional goals. Participants will be treated to presentations and workshops from top trainers and experts including Mandi Morgan, Regional VP of Dale Carnegie of Orange County; Crystalyn Aucoin, founder of the virtual community for women "The Mine"; Alejandra Baker, founder of "The Innovation Way"; Juliet Couret, executive coach; Alison Matthey, founder and president of Dynamic 365; and Brenda Wells, founder and executive director of i-5 Freedom Network.

"The SBN Program features inspiring and dynamic speakers who have the proven ability to transform careers," said Nicole Bradle. "Everything from creating a community, high performance leadership, emotional intelligence and more is on the agenda. It will be unlike any other women's leadership forum."

Online registration is open through March 15. SBN members can learn more about each speaker, view the full program, and register at a reduced rate of $499, compared to non-SEMA members at $699, at this link: https://secureprod.sema.org/SBN/Register/search
