Hands On Expertise at the SEMA Collision Repair and Refinish Stage (#32145) features I-CAR experts including female leaders and instructors delivering live welding demonstrations, bringing technical skills to life in real time. These sessions offer an opportunity to learn directly from professionals and to see women represented as visible role models in technical training.
Training That Matters, I-CAR’s classroom courses in S224 and S225, will include MIG welding, EV safety and ADAS diagnostics. These practical, hands-on sessions help all technicians, women and men alike, gain confidence and sharpen skills needed in today’s evolving repair environment.
