Professional growth happens when we intentionally invest in learning that reflects the realities of today’s workplace. That’s why in 2026, SBN will continue to deliver timely, relevant sessions designed to help members build confidence, adaptability, and leadership capability.
View scheduled sessions below. Registration will be available closer to each event.
AI-Focused Sessions
The series begins Feb. 10 with “AI for Beginners: Understanding the Basics and Building Confidence,” an accessible introduction to artificial intelligence in an aftermarket context. This session demystifies AI, explores where it adds value (and where it doesn’t), and provides practical starter use cases for both small businesses and larger organizations. Attendees will gain foundational prompt writing skills and the confidence to explore AI responsibly. Register Here.
That conversation continues April 14 with “AI in Action: Practical Applications, Risks, and Opportunities,” diving deeper into real-world examples, ethical considerations, data risks, and best practices for adopting AI in ways that support, rather than replace, human expertise.
Productivity-Focused Sessions
On March 10, “The Maven Mindset: How to Go from Stuck to GSD” offers a mindset-forward approach to productivity and goal setting, helping participants move from overwhelm to action through curiosity, values alignment, and intentional execution.
For professionals seeking practical efficiencies, “Tips & Tricks for Time Management, Study Up, and Tech Advancement” on Aug. 11 blends time management strategies with technology and AI tools to help attendees create sustainable productivity and commit to continuous learning.
Leadership-Focused Sessions
Leadership and workplace dynamics remain a cornerstone of SBN programming. “Leadership Skills: How to Be an Ally When Conflict Occurs and Tensions Rise” on May 12 equips attendees with tools to navigate high-tension situations with empathy and professionalism.
“Creating Positive Outcomes with Generational Differences” on June 9 addresses the realities of a four-generation workforce, offering strategies to turn diverse perspectives into a competitive advantage.
Rounding out the year, “Navigating a Leadership Change” on Sept. 8 explores how employees, managers, and organizations can thrive during leadership transitions through clear communication, adaptability, and cultural alignment.
