Representing PRO and serving as leaders for the automotive aftermarket industry, the network has announced three new members who will serve on the network’s Select Committee.

Courtney Pahlke, Top Coverage LTD

As owner of Top Coverage LTD, Pahlke has taken everything her father taught her and her brother throughout their lifetimes, and applied it to a new location, in a new state, where they weren’t a household name. They started from the bottom, worked their way up, and she couldn’t be prouder of her staff. Pahlke is also a writer whose very first novel won an international book award for Mystery, as well as a Global thriller award.

Ron Leslie, Katzkin

Leslie has led many programs for Katzkin over the years, developed many of their sales and marketing tools, and has been instrumental in restyler training. In addition to hosting dozens of restyler training events, Leslie presented at SEMA education events and has been an active panel member for numerous SEMA events in Las Vegas, for the National Automotive Dealers Association (NADA) and through regional shows. He received the PRO Person of the Year Award, PRO Manufacturer of the Year and SEMA YEN Ambassador Awards.

Pam Smith, Automotive Toys & Accessories

In addition to having maintained her professional business for more than 20 years, Smith is a CASA volunteer. She has protected foster children from bad situations, shut down a bad foster home, and helped a foster child get adopted. She has represented children in court as their advocate, visited children weekly and stayed with them at CPS until a placement was found.
