SEMA FLN - Professional Development Program

Looking to invest in professional development but don’t what program is right for you?

SEMA Motorsports Products & Media Council (MPMC) members have a unique opportunity to join the SEMA Future Leaders Network (FLN) for its Professional Development Program tailored to the automotive aftermarket, taking place May 14-15, 2026, at SEMA Garage Detroit.

For the first time ever, the program is available to all SEMA members, and registration is open now.

In partnership with Dale Carnegie, the program will focus on Individual Communication, equipping industry members with the communication skills needed to excel in the automotive specialty-equipment industry.

The immersive two-day workshop will focus on skills that are essential for anyone looking to advance in their career, including strengthening interpersonal communication, increasing leadership presence, and improving professional confidence.

New for 2026: All SEMA members are eligible to participate. There are only 25 seats available, and the class is expected to fill quickly, so early registration is highly encouraged.

Don’t miss your opportunity to invest in your career, network with the broader SEMA community, and gain skills that can help you get ahead in your career.

Claim your seat before it goes at www.sema.org/fln-pdp.
