MPMC member company women employees, and those aged 39 and under, have an exclusive opportunity to take part in professional development programs hosted by the SEMA Future Leaders Network (FLN) and SEMA Businesswomen's Network (SBN).

FLN Professional Development Program – May 16-17, 2023, SEMA Garage, Detroit, Michigan
Open to member company employees aged 39 and under
Hosted by FLN in partnership with the world-renown Dale Carnegie Training, this two-day program will help aspiring leaders reach greater levels of career success through improving their individual and business performance. Twenty-five participants will be selected to increase their leadership and communication skills, which will help them gain the confidence needed to build relationships and drive results in their own companies. MPMC member employees who are FLN members only pay $800 (half of Dale Carnegie's regular $1,600) fee and receive meals and hotel accommodations for three nights. Any MPMC member company employee aged 39 and under can apply for FLN membership at no cost.

SBN Women's Leadership Forum – March 5-7, 2023, Austin, Texas
Open to women in the automotive aftermarket
Themed "EVOLVE: Advancing the Future of Women in Leadership," the SBN Women's Leadership Forum will help participants accelerate their careers by teaching them essential leadership skills through interactive education sessions, keynote speeches and engaging instruction from top-tier leadership experts.
