Save the Date: HRIA SEMA Show Reception


The HRIA is offering a limited number of reserved sponsor tables for the HRIA Reception at the 2023 SEMA Show.  

The cost of a reserved table at this year's reception is a minimum donation of $375. This is a charitable donation and the proceeds from the reserved tables go directly to the SEMA Scholarship Fund. Since 2013 HRIA donations for reserved tables from companies like yours have raised over $73,000 for the SEMA Scholarship Fund. This is a great cause that helps ensure the future of our industry.

New for 2023, we are also offering a limited opportunity to place your company's swag on all HRIA reception tables. This is a great opportunity to provide a quality take away item that will have a lasting impression on the reception attendees. This opportunity is limited to the first five to respond with interest.

Reception Date: Wednesday, November 1 from 5:15 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Reception Location: Westgate Hotel, Pavilions 9-11
Reserved table includes seating for 10 and drink tickets.
