Recognition plays an important role in preserving and advancing the hot rod industry. That’s why each year, the Hot Rod Industry Alliance (HRIA) Awards Program honors companies and individuals whose craftsmanship, leadership and service help drive the industry forward.

Nominations are open now until Friday, Sept. 4, at sema.org/cn-awards.

This year’s honors include the HRIA Hall of Fame Award, which recognizes outstanding individuals in the hot rod industry whose creativity, dignity, integrity, industriousness and accomplishments on a national basis have enhanced the status of the industry while significantly contributing to its growth.

The HRIA Industry Recognition Award recognizes an individual who has made an exceptional contribution to the hot rod industry during the past 10 years. Eligible candidates must be an employee or owner of an HRIA member company.

The HRIA Business of the Year Award recognizes an HRIA member company that has made an exceptional contribution to the hot rod industry. Eligible companies must demonstrate exceptional service, integrity and business ethics.

Why You Should Nominate

The success of the hot rod industry depends on the shop owners, builders and teams who are willing to lead and give back. By submitting a nomination, you help ensure outstanding contributions are recognized while reinforcing the values that continue to strengthen the HRIA community.

Do you know an individual, mentor, volunteer or company that deserves recognition? Nominate them today at sema.org/cn-awards.

Nominations for the 2026 HRIA Design & Innovation Award and Evolution of Hot Rodding Award will open later this year.
