The SEMA Future Leaders Network (FLN) Select Committee recently held its Long-Range Planning Meeting in Orlando, Florida, where volunteers spent two days strategizing and collaborating on priorities that will guide the future of the network.

Long-Range Planning Meetings are critical to ensuring that FLN’s programs are aligned with the needs of its members. During the session, Select Committee leaders identified new opportunities for professional development and industry engagement, as well as mapped out upcoming programs, events, and resources.

“FLN is all about providing the industry’s future leaders with the tools and connections needed to succeed in the industry, and the Long-Range Planning Meeting helps us carry out that mission,” said FLN Director Denise Waddingham. “It’s inspiring to see such a passionate group of volunteers come together to share ideas and shape the direction of the network in ways that benefit FLN members across the industry.”

The outcomes of the Long-Range Planning Meeting will guide FLN’s direction throughout FY26, with exciting initiatives already in the works. Stay tuned as FLN rolls out new opportunities, experiences, and benefits for members.
