SEMA Future Leaders Network (FLN) members gathered at the 2025 PRI Show for a cross-council networking reception that highlighted the passion and innovation of the motorsports industry. Held alongside the Motorsports Products & Media Council (MPMC) and Truck & Off-Road Alliance (TORA), the evening was filled with great conversations, updates from council leaders, and awards honoring the industry’s top contributors.
In Remembrance
The event featured heartfelt speeches honoring industry role models Marla Moore and Chris Raschke, who both passed away in 2025. Led by John Lambert and Ian Lehn, the tributes recognized Moore’s and Raschke’s positive influence on the automotive aftermarket and impact on those who had the pleasure of working with them.
FLN Updates
FLN Select Committee Member Dallas Johannes took the stage to talk about the benefits of being involved in FLN. He shared key initiatives that the Select Committee is working on to help members advance in their careers, including the 2026 FLN Professional Development Program and Lunch & Learn educational webinars. Hall of Fame
Paul Lee of Wharton Automotive Group, Dave Nelson of Simpson Race Products, and Joe Rutledge of Keystone Automotive were inducted into the MPMC Hall of Fame. This prestigious honor recognizes individuals who have made significant contributions to the motorsports parts manufacturing segment of the aftermarket and/or to the MPMC over the course of their career.

With food, drinks, and a lively atmosphere setting the stage, the event showcased the power of collaboration and the great things that can happen when passion fuels progress. FLN looks forward to hosting more events in 2026 that bridge new connections and spark new growth for its members.
