As we look ahead to the coming year, we're excited by the direction of the Future Leaders Network (FLN) and the opportunities we have to invest in the next generation of leaders in the automotive aftermarket.

Our members don’t join FLN just to attend events, they join to build valuable industry relationships, develop professionally and engage in a community that supports one another throughout their careers. As your Chair and Chair-Elect, we're committed to ensuring that every member finds value in being part of this network.

Over the next year, you'll see us focusing on enhancing the member experience in several ways. We're looking at new opportunities to strengthen networking at our events, expand engagement through virtual programming and create smoother pathways for new members to get involved. We're also developing ways to keep our graduating members connected as they transition into other SEMA councils and networks, ensuring the relationships they've built through FLN continue to grow.

Education remains one of FLN's greatest strengths. We'll continue to invest in our Lunch & Learn series, strengthen our Professional Development Program and explore new educational topics that provide practical skills you can apply in your career. Our goal is simple: deliver programming that helps you become a stronger professional and future industry leader.

You'll also notice more activity across FLN social media channels as we share member stories, highlight volunteer contributions and increase awareness of FLN’s resources. We know our greatest asset is our membership, and we want to celebrate the people who make this network such a valuable community.

We encourage you to participate, volunteer and share your ideas. FLN is shaped by its members, and your involvement is what makes our network successful.

Thank you for being part of the Future Leaders Network. We're excited for what's ahead and look forward to growing alongside each of you.
