FLN Professional Development Program - Invest in Your Career - May 14-15

If you’re looking to grow your career, strengthen your communication and leadership skills, and expand your industry network, the clock is ticking.

The deadline to apply for the SEMA Future Leaders Network (FLN) Professional Development Program (PDP), taking place May 14-15 at the SEMA Garage Detroit, is closing soon.

Sponsored by FLN in partnership with the world-renown Dale Carnegie Training, the program fee is only $960 for FLN members and $1,060 for SEMA members. That’s nearly $1,000 off the Dale Carnegie regular rate, and SEMA’s rate includes complimentary meals and three-nights hotel accommodations.

By participating, you’ll learn how to:

  • Communicate professionally and confidently in business situations
  • Engage others by building rapport, asking pertinent questions, and listening
  • Build relationships and deal effectively with people in a multitude of scenarios
  • Gain cooperation and influence people at all professional levels, including direct reports, colleagues, and senior leaders
  • Use emotional controls to sustain success

New for 2026: All SEMA members are eligible to participate. There are only 25 seats available, so early registration is highly encouraged.

Don’t miss your opportunity to invest in your career, connect with other rising leaders in the SEMA community, and gain practical skills that can help you stand out in the automotive aftermarket industry.

Claim your seat before it’s gone at www.sema.org/fln-pdp.
