The SEMA Future Leaders Network (FLN) is gearing up for its Professional Development Program (PDP), May 14-16, 2026, at SEMA Garage Detroit!
In partnership with Dale Carnegie, the program will focus on Individual Communication, equipping industry members with the communication skills needed to excel in the automotive specialty-equipment industry.
The immersive two-day workshop will focus on strengthening interpersonal communication, increasing leadership presence, and improving professional confidence—skills that are essential for anyone looking to advance in their career.
New for 2026: All SEMA members are eligible to participate. As an added benefit, current FLN members will receive a discounted registration rate. There are only 25 seats available, and the class is expected to fill quickly, so early registration is highly encouraged.
