The SEMA Future Leaders Network (FLN) will host its 2026 Professional Development Program on May 14–15 at the SEMA Garage Detroit, offering members an exclusive opportunity to invest in their career and strengthen their communication skills.

The 2026 program features an Individual Communications Training in partnership with Dale Carnegie, a globally recognized leader in professional development. Participants will take part in interactive sessions that will sharpen their ability to connect, influence and lead effectively within the automotive aftermarket.

By combining practical tools with real-world application, the program aims to empower the industry’s rising talent with skills that drive both personal growth and organizational success.

Registration will open Monday, December 15. To learn more, visit sema.org/fln-pdp.
