SBN Women's Leadership Forum – March 5-7, 2023, Austin, Texas

 

Female employees of ARMO member companies can learn new career skills by attending the SEMA Businesswomen's Network (SBN) Women's Leadership Forum, taking place March 5-7, 2024, in Austin, Texas. Sign ups are open now and close on February 29. Purchase your tickets here!

The SBN Women's Leadership Forum, themed "Evolve: Advancing the Future of Women in Leadership", will feature programs, workshops and resources designed to help women thrive in the workplace. Participants will receive career advice from experienced leaders, build a strong professional network of women that understand their market and take part in discussions where they can address their challenges and wins. 

Program highlights include: 

  • A keynote session on mindset shifts for a proactive and positive mindset.
  • Breakout sessions focused on defining your roadmap, qualities to become a better leader, unleashing your potential and financial planning.
  • A human resources and diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) panel discussion for supporting women in an organization.  
  • Action planning session to help attendees define specific actions needed to achieve their professional goals.
  • Networking happy hour to connect with other professionals within the industry.
  • Morning sunrise networking activities.
  • Professional headshots.
