Select Committee nominations are now open for ARMO members who would like to serve within Council leadership at https://www.sema.org/volunteer/. Members of the select committee serve within the council leadership and play a vital role in addressing industry challenges while directing efforts toward preserving and promoting the automotive restoration industry.

Comprised of industry professionals who are passionate about the automotive restoration hobby, select committee volunteers design effective educational and communications programs to keep members informed of legislative and regulatory issues and work toward creating new business opportunities with original equipment manufacturers.

“The members of ARMO rely on the leadership and expertise that the volunteer select committee provides,” said Nathan Ridnouer, SEMA Vice President of Councils and Membership. “Their guidance drives the creation of valuable programs and services that make a lasting impact on member’ businesses.”

Nomination criteria include being employed by a current SEMA member company, being a current ARMO member, and a dedicated commitment to serving a two-year minimum term.

ARMO's strength and success depends on industry support. Through cooperative action, ARMO select committee members ensure the viability of the automotive restoration industry.

If you would like to nominate yourself or someone who has the skills and character to influence industry progress, fill out the online council’s nomination form. Nominations must be received by April 6, 2020. The select committee elections will take place in April.
