Honda Announces 2016 HR-V SEMA Show Project Vehicle Program

Honda wants to communicate and amplify the strengths of the HR-V as the right-sized, fun and active vehicle for the next generation of car buyers through project vehicle builds culminating in a display at the 2015 SEMA Show.

Products Available to 2013 SEMA Show Project-Vehicle Builders

Exhibitors of the 2013 SEMA Show have the opportunity to expand their reach at the Show by offering products to builders through the Products for Project-Vehicle Builders List.

2013 Chevrolet SEMA Vehicle Program

This year's Chevrolet SEMA Vehicle Program will focus on designers and manufacturers dedicated to creating new accessories and vehicle personalization items for our 2014 vehicles. 

Vehicles available:

  • Silverado (light duty crew cab only)
  • Sonic
  • Impala
  • Camaro

Requirements:

Ford to Emphasize ’14 Fiesta ST and Transit Connect at 2013 SEMA Show

Ford Motor Co. launched its project-vehicle program for 2013 and has announced that the Ford booth will place special emphasis on the '14 Ford Fiesta ST and the Transit Connect van and wagon.

Award Recipient Notification Date: by May 1st, 2013  

All project vehicle requests must meet the Ford Aftermarket Project Vehicle Program Criteria shown below.

General Motors Now Accepting 2012 SEMA Show Project Vehicle Proposals

The General Motors 2012 SEMA Show strategy will focus on passenger car accessories. The key passenger cars to be considered include the Chevrolet Spark, Sonic, Cruze and Camaro.

Each year, the SEMA Show features more than 1,000 project vehicles. Original-equipment manufacturers (OEMs)such as Ford, Chevy, Toyota and Honda regularly work with project-vehicle builders to create SEMA-Show-worthy customs that highlight their newest models and entice enthusiast buyers by showing how they can be customized.

The General Motors 2011 SEMA Show strategy for its Project Vehicle Program will focus on passenger-car performance accessories and some pickups with full accessory programs from the accessories market. The Chevrolet Cruze and Camaro Convertible are the key passenger cars to be considered. Other GM product lines will be available in limited quantities within the scope of this program.
