Dr. Jamie Meyer, who served on the SEMA Board of Directors since 2018, has taken the role as President of the Performance Racing Industry (PRI) trade show and media company, effective this week.
These programs will be designed to support race-related businesses and racers, and to further protect the motorsports community.
The Motorsports Parts Manufacturers Council (MPMC) offered a full slate of activities at the recent Performance Racing Industry (PRI) trade show, held December 10–15, 2015, in Indianapolis. Events included a general membership meeting, a Hall of Fame reception and educational seminars.
Bringing many years
of specialty parts and aftermarket data management accomplishments to the
table, DATAgility, Inc. of Chicago has been engaged to provide on-boarding,
data sync and data quality services for the new SEMA Data Co-op.
Performance Racing Industry (PRI), producers
of the motorsports business magazine and trade show, finalized plans to be
purchased by the Specialty Equipment Market Association (SEMA). The transaction
is set to close in late March 2012.
Eleven individuals will be running for seats on the SEMA Board of Directors election, taking place in May. The candidates are vying for five open seats within three categories.
