We recently caught up with Matthew Davis to discuss his participation in the 2015 YEN Power Tour. A SEMA program that sends ten YEN members on the Hot Rod Magazine Power Tour, a seven day road trip across America with over three thousand custom and classic cars. This year the tour took the group from Madison, WI to Baton Rouge, LA.

For the second year, 10 members of SEMA’s Young Executives Network (YEN) will set out on the Hot Rod Power Tour to share their stories and promote the variety of career paths available in the specialty-equipment market.
SEMA’s Young Executives Network (YEN) will send 10 network members on the Hot Rod Magazine Power Tour again this summer to share their experiences in the industry and the network.
Over the summer, 10 members of the Young Executives Network (YEN) embarked on the Hot Rod Power Tour to promote the network and highlight the variety of career choices available to young professionals in the automotive specialty-equipment market. The tour route began in Charlotte, North Carolina, and visited Tennessee, West Virginia, Ohio and Indiana before ending in Iowa. Amy Fitzgerald, Ian Lehn, Scott Lowe, Paul Makarucha, Brit Mansell, Jonathan Mill, Michelle “Missy” Perez, Dylan Sievers, Kirstin Stone and Jerid Suchy were chosen to participate through an application process.
SEMA gave 10 YEN members a chance to attend the 20th Anniversary Hot Rod Power Tour, which was held June 6–14, 2014.
