When the SEMA Board of Directors approved the creation of a council structure in 1993 (in lieu of committees that existed at the time), the concept was considered somewhat radical. In the decades since, the council model has not only taken hold but mushroomed.

The Professional Restylers Organization (PRO) put its best foot forward during an event-filled week at the 2019 SEMA Show in Las Vegas. From the council’s awards reception and the new PRO Cup Challenge to a breakfast membership meeting, seminars and Happy Hour, the restyling community had ample occasions to link up and celebrate another successful year.
As summer ebbs and autumn fast approaches, thoughts quickly turn to Las Vegas and the 2019 SEMA Show. Once again, the restyling community can expect to find programs and events of particular interest.
Members of the Professional Restylers Organization (PRO) are not just part of a community of like-minded professionals. Membership in PRO also gives employees of member companies a voice on matters that influence and impact the restyling market—and that can help to effect change.
The meeting serves as an opportunity for council members to address restyling industry challenges, trends and opportunities, and weigh in on the needs of its member companies.

The Professional Restylers Organization (PRO) is slated to host several events at the SEMA Show as well as sponsoring education seminars geared specifically toward advancing professionals in the restyling segment. All PRO members and restyling professionals are encouraged to attend these events to learn more about PRO membership, the resources that are available to your company, and get more connected to the industry.
