Stop by the RPM Act-themed display at the SEMA Action Network (SAN) booth #60003 outside Central Hall of the Las Vegas Convention Center during the 2016 SEMA Show. The display will feature Michele Abbate’s SCCA Championship-winning Scion FR-S. Contact your members of Congress at that location.

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) continues to assert authority under the Clean Air Act to regulate the modification of vehicles used for competition. Fortunately, a bipartisan bill pending in the U.S. Congress—the Recognizing the Protection of Motorsports (RPM) Act—would settle this debate once and for all. The RPM Act makes it clear that modifying a street vehicle used solely for competition is legal and beyond the reach of EPA regulations.

With Congress set to adjourn at the end of the year, your support for the RPM Act is needed now more than ever. During the SEMA Show, stand up for your right to race by urging your members of Congress to support the RPM Act.

Visit the SEMA PAC booth in room N243 of the North Hall. In addition to contacting your lawmakers, you can also support the legislators in Washington who support the industry by becoming SEMA PAC approved. It takes seconds, and there is never an obligation to contribute.

Stop by the SEMA Action Network (SAN) booth #60003. Located outside Central Hall, the RPM Act display will feature Michele Abbate’s SCCA Championship-winning Scion FR-S. Contact your members of Congress and learn more about the SAN’s efforts to fight unfair automotive laws and regulations.
