Three Steps Exhibitors Can Take Now to Prepare for November

  SEMA Show Prep
Now that the Priority Selection Process is complete, SEMA Show exhibitors are encouraged to reserve hotel rooms, register staff and become familiar with the Show’s Exhibitor Services Manual.

With the Priority Selection Process complete, there are three recommended next steps for exhibitors to save time and be better prepared as Show time approaches.

  1. Lock in Guaranteed Low Hotel Rates: The SEMA Show Travel and Lodging page lists more than 30 hotels and their rates and is powered by OnPeak, the official housing partner of the SEMA Show. Properties can be searched by several categories, including price, location and rating.

  2. Register Your Staff: Completing registration early allows companies to ensure that their staff members have the credentials needed prior to the Show’s opening and helps to avoid registration lines on-site.

  3. Review the SEMA Show Exhibitor Services Manual: The Exhibitor Services Manual contains all of the forms, instructions and every key deadline from now until the beginning of the 2016 SEMA Show.

SEMA Launch Pad Voting Now Underway

SEMA Launch Pad
The fourth annual SEMA Launch Pad competition is underway, and your votes will decide which contestants move on to the final round at the 2016 SEMA Show. Visit www.facebook.com/semayen to vote.

Voting for the SEMA Launch Pad competition, presented by the Young Executives Network (YEN), is available online until September 1. To vote, visit the YEN Facebook page at www.facebook.com/semayen.

The Launch Pad competition offers innovators, inventors and entrepreneurs a platform to showcase their ideas for marketing a new automotive product or service. In June, 14 semi-finalists were selected; now voters decide which 10 will proceed to the next round at the 2016 SEMA Show.

The 10 finalists will receive kiosk-style booths at the Show and compete in the live event on November 2, pitching their business concepts to a judging panel. The winner, as selected by the judges, will receive a grand prize package designed to garner exposure for the business. Learn more at www.sema.org/launch-pad.
