Michigan Bills to Allow for Military Surplus Vehicle Titling Pass Senate; Move to House

The Michigan Senate passed a group of SEMA-supported bills (S.B. 344-346) allowing for the titling and registration of military surplus and historic military surplus vehicles.
   

The Michigan Senate passed a group of SEMA-supported bills (S.B. 344-346) allowing for the titling and registration of military surplus and historic military surplus vehicles. Currently, such vehicles are not able to be titled or registered for use on highways in the state.

The bills currently await consideration in the House Transportation Committee.
