Director of Sales: Toyo Tire North America OE Sales LLC is hiring a director of sales responsible for coaching and mentoring the team to drive top performance and developing and implementing sales strategy to expand the company’s share of the OE auto parts market. The successful candidate will have a bachelor’s degree, more than 10 years of experience with automotive OE sales, ideally including tires and/or related products, and experience within manufacturing companies and automotive product/industry knowledge.
Senior Product Design Engineer: Truck Hero is hiring a senior product design engineer primarily responsible for product design engineering of pickup bed covers and related components. This is a brand-new position that requires a highly creative engineer to help develop new product lines. Projects will include both aftermarket and OEM product lines and conceptual development through start of production. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s of science in engineering and a minimum of six years of hands-on, professional automotive product engineering experience working in OEM or Tier 1 body/exterior/sealing/mechanisms.
Data Mining Specialist: MGP Caliper Covers is hiring a data mining specialist responsible for researching vehicle fitment information, ACES and PIES data, cross fitments and managing the company’s database system. Additional responsibilities include working with the marketing team to provide fitments, keeping the website up-to-date and providing customer support with fitment questions. Strong computer knowledge and online research skills are required. A college degree is preferred, but not mandatory.
Fabricator: Ambition Road Hot Rods & Muscle Cars is hiring an experienced fabricator to tig weld, metal finish and fabricate custom parts. Body work and paint experience are pluses. A strong work ethic and the ability to produce high-quality work are musts.
NPI Buyer: FOX Factory is hiring an NPI buyer responsible for establishing the supply chain for the development of new products as part of the Powered Vehicle Group R&D team. The candidate is responsible for supplier choice, prototyping and supporting production builds, while adhering to the development schedule. Candidates must be able to manage projects and coordinate with teams within a matrixed organization. This role is responsibile for executing the designs of the engineering team by taking ownership of product cost, manufacturability and delivery. The ideal candidate will have a business degree, at least three years’ related experience, strong communication skills and sound judgment.
