Shop Technician: Northridge 4x4 is hiring a shop technician to install parts and accessories for Jeep customers, using quality-control methods to ensure that all builds are complete before they leave the shop. This position works under general direction and requires a high level of independent judgment. Candidates must have a minimum of two years’ related work experience or a combination of education and experience, which must include mechanical experience, including Jeep-related knowledge.

Collision Repair Instructor: VeriFacts Automotive is hiring experienced collision repair instructors to coach and train techs in its shops in Portland, Oregon. The VeriFacts coach is responsible for monthly coaching visits, collecting data on repair quality and communicating with shop management to advise on areas of opportunity or improvement. The ideal candidate will have more than 10 years’ hands-on experience with collision repair and I-CAR or ASE certifications. All VeriFacts coaches are highly experienced in collision repair.
