The ideal candidate will have an associate’s degree and more than one year of experience selling in at least one marketplace.

Territory Salesperson: Snap-On Equipment is hiring an experienced territory salesperson to manage sales in San Jose, Monterey, Salinas, California, and surrounding areas. Responsibilities include selling quality, name-brand products to service centers, dealerships and body shops. The ideal candidate will have a professional sales background, proven sales track record and automotive service experience.

Director of Distribution: Lane Automotive is hiring a director of distribution. This position reports to the chief operating officer and oversees all aspects of the distribution center’s operations. This position manages all the handling and processing of receiving, material handling, inventory control, outbound, returns, traffic, packaging operations and facilities. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in supply-chain management or a related field, more than seven years of experience running a large-scale distribution center and a minimum of five years of previous management experience.

Customer Service Representative: Paramount Automotive is hiring a customer service representative to resolve customer complaints; reach out to customers to verify account information; assist with the placement of orders, refunds or exchanges; place or cancel orders; and answer questions about warranties or terms of sales. The ideal candidate will have two years prior experience in customer service. Automotive aftermarket experience is heavily preferred.

Graphic Designer: Moss Motors Ltd. is hiring a graphic designer responsible for catalog production and layout, print and digital advertising materials, photo editing for print and digital and technical illustrations and schematics. A degree in graphic design is helpful, but real work experience is more important. Candidates should have strong graphic, layout and typographic skills, and advanced skills with Adobe Creative Cloud, InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator.
