Technical Warranty Support Representative: thyssenkrupp Bilstein is hiring a technical and warranty support representative to assist with all customer/end-user relations in regard to fitment questions, installation issues, troubleshooting and general application recommendations; investigate and provide data in support of resolving customer satisfaction issues; and assist with inquiries regarding product modifications directed to the technical department. A high-school diploma or GED and five years’ related experience and/or training are required. 

Outside Sales Territory Development Representative: Powertrain Products Inc. is hiring an outside sales territory development representative to make daily visits in their territory (northern Virginia and western/southern Maryland). The ideal individual possesses a high sales energy, has outside sales experience and is looking to settle in and grow with the company. The successful candidate will have more than two years of sales experience; working in or selling to dealerships is a plus. A college degree and experience as a dealership accessories manager are preferred.
