Idaho House Fails to Approve Bill to Provide for Single License Plate for Certain Motor Vehicles

Legislation to allow for a single rear plate for motor vehicles that were not originally equipped with a display bracket on the front of the vehicle was not approved by the Idaho House of Representatives.
   

Legislation to allow for a single rear plate for motor vehicles that were not originally equipped with a display bracket on the front of the vehicle was not approved by the Idaho House of Representatives on a 28–42 vote. The bill had been approved by the House Transportation and Defense Committee.
