Kentucky Introduces Resolution to Create Study of Mileage-Based User Fee

A House Concurrent Resolution to create a mileage-based transportation funding task force to determine the feasibility of implementing a road-user fee instead of the gas tax was introduced.
   

A House Concurrent Resolution to create a mileage-based transportation funding task force to determine the feasibility of implementing a road-user fee instead of the gas tax was introduced. The resolution would require the Mileage-Based Transportation Funding Task Force to submit its findings, recommendations and any proposed legislation by December 1, 2017.
