NMRA Names VP Racing Fuels as Official Fuel, Class Sponsor of Street Outlaw

The National Mustang Racers Association (NMRA) has announced the addition of a new major sponsor for the 2015 season. VP Racing Fuels will be the Official Fuel of the NMRA Keystone Automotive Ford Nationals Series and the required spec fuel for all NMRA heads-up classes. The agreement between ProMedia Events—home of NMRA, NMCA and NMCA WEST—and VP Racing Fuels begins with the 2015 season opener, March 5–8, at Bradenton Motorsports Park in Bradenton, Florida, and continues through the 2017 season.

Irwindale Round of the King of the Wing West Coast Shoot-Out Sprint Car Series Airs on MAVTV Christmas Day

MAVTV will air the Irwindale round of the King of the Wing West Coast Shoot-Out for sprint cars on Christmas Day. The Irwindale race is the second of three races that were run back-to-back-to-back on two nights and one afternoon earlier in the month. The event marked the first time that the sprint cars had ever taken to the Irwindale half-mile in competition.

With teams coming west from as far away as Wisconsin, Tennessee, Indiana and Canada, the series is the creation of Indianapolis 500 driver Davey Hamilton who, along with his son and father, competed in the new series.
