Exhibitors that wish to receive their badges in advance and delivered by UPS must register booth personnel by October 12.
Exhibitor badges for the 2012 SEMA Show will be arriving soon for those companies that have already registered their booth personnel. Each exhibiting company will have all badges mailed together in one package and delivered by UPS to the exhibitor contact during the week of October 8.
Exhibitors who wish to receive their badges in advance and delivered by UPS must register booth personnel by October 12. After October 12, exhibitors will have to pick up badges onsite at the SEMA Show's Registration Hall.

Exhibiting media badges are not mailed in advance of the Show.
Exhibiting media will be able to pick up their badges in the Media
Center. Sponsored by Continental Tires, the Media Center is an area
available exclusively to credentialed media and includes facilities and
resources specifically to assist editors and reporters.
Want to attend the 2012 SEMA Show? Attendees who register for the Show prior to October 15—the last day to save $50 on early-bird registration—will have their badges delivered via mail. Those attendees who register after the October 15 deadline will have to pick up their badges at the Show. Attendee registration is available on the home page of www.SEMAShow.com.
