Job Hunting? Top Engineering and Product Development Jobs Here

Looking for a new engineering or product development gig? Here is a sampling of jobs posted in the SEMA Member Classifieds section calling for engineering brains and skilled handiwork. Taking it back to the land of Stax, B.B. King and early Elvis recordings, Comp Cams in Memphis, Tennessee, is looking for a Mechanical Engineer with 10 or more years of mechanical design engineering (desired) and engine component design experience (required). Candidate must have experience with CAD, solid modeling and FEA. Valvetrain and casting experience a bonus.

If NASCAR country is more to your liking, a Wilmington, North Carolina-area company seeks a R&D Manager to create, implement and manage prototype production and develop documentation standards and systems, among other duties. Must have experience with forced induction technology and strong metal fabrication skills (including TIG welding, machining and tube bending), with CAD design and tuning skills a plus.

Maybe Southern California is more your speed, and Westin Automotive, located in SoCal’s San Gabriel Valley, is looking for a Product Development Engineer, someone familiar with the design and manufacture of steel, stainless steel, and aluminum, sheet and tube products. A bachelor of science degree in mechanical engineering (or mechanical engineering technology) and four to five years of related experience is required.

If you’re looking to apply your fabrication skills near the nation’s capital, AAM Competition in Annapolis Junction (Baltimore/Washington D.C.) seeks an experienced Fabricator and Welder, someone who can conceptualize and execute new exhaust and intake systems and turbo kits.
