You do not need to register or login to download the forms contained on this website, unless you are ordering services directly from Freeman.

NEW PRODUCTS SHOWCASE

Does your company have a New Product? Take advantage of this free marketing opportunity by entering your product in the New Product Showcase. FREE MATERIAL HANDLING PROGRAM

SEMA and Freeman are once again offering a free delivery service for small exhibitors. If you arrive on-site at the SEMA Show in a personally operated vehicle with less than 1,000 pounds of total freight, Freeman labor will deliver your freight to your booth for FREE. This service will be available Saturday, November 1, and Sunday, November 2, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. and on Monday, November 3, 8:00 a.m.–2:30 p.m. This program is only available to companies with 1,000 pounds of freight or less and not utilizing a common carrier to transport their materials to the Las Vegas Convention Center.

SAVE MONEY! FEATURE VEHICLES

Deadline: October 9

Don’t be shut out of SEMA’s most visible promotional opportunity. Submit your Feature Vehicle Application online by CLICKING HERE. Vehicles must be unique and aligned with the industry. Feature Vehicle Check-in takes place on Sunday, November 1. Select your check-in time when you sign up online. Vehicles are placed as they are checked in.

ELECTRICAL ORDERS & LAYOUTS

Deadline: October 9

When ordering electrical for your booth you must specify where you want the outlets if you are in a peninsula, split island or island booth. You must submit a diagram along with your order to confirm placement. Electrical order forms are in the online Exhibitor Services Manual or you can CLICK HERE. NOTE: If you are ordering a lead retrieval unit, an electrical line may be required.

HAVE YOU CHECKED YOUR TARGET DATE?

Deadline: October 9

Show Management establishes target dates for your freight to arrive (this does not apply to hand carry freight). Target Dates and Times are listed in the online Exhibitor Services Manual. If you need to change your target date to allow more time to set up or would like it later so you don't have to spend so much on hotel rooms, please contact Ron Pickens at Freeman at ron.pickens@freemanco.com to REQUEST a time change. All requests need to be in by October 9. You will be advised if a request can be granted.

MOVE-IN & MOVE-OUT SCHEDULE

EXHIBITOR MOVE-IN
Wednesday, October 28—By Appointment Only
Thursday, October 29—8:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.
Friday, October 30—8:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.
Saturday, October 31—8:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.
Sunday, November 1—8:00 a.m.–8:00 p.m.
Monday, November 2—8:00 a.m.–10:00 p.m.

Exhibitor teardown will begin at 4:00 p.m., Friday, November 6. Everything must be cleared from the hall by 12:00 p.m., Sunday, November 8. If you do not intend to begin teardown prior to 12:00 p.m. on Saturday, November 7, please inform Show Management. Any freight not picked up by your specified carrier by 10:00 a.m., Sunday, November 8, will be returned to the warehouse where storage fees will accrue, or shipped with an official freight carrier, at the exhibitor's expense.

NEW – RIG & TRAILER PARKING OPPORTUNITY

Exhibiting companies can now take advantage of a low-cost rig and trailer parking at the Cashman Center, located approximately 15 minutes from the Las Vegas Convention Center. Exhibitors may park their rigs beginning Saturday, October 31 through Saturday, November 7 for only $375. All rig reservations must be pre-paid and are first-come, first-served. Rigs must be placed no later than Monday, November 2 by 11:00 p.m. CLICK HERE for more information and the application.

DO YOU NEED TO SEND INSURANCE INFORMATION?

The only insurance we need to see IN ADVANCE is that of an Exhibitor Appointed Contractor. However, an Exhibitor must carry on them proof of liability insurance during installation and dismantle of their booth. It is also recommended that your insurance cover the transportation of your display from your home base to the Show, at the Show and the return. There are more than 100,000 people who attend the show and there is a lot to see. Unfortunately, people do not always pay attention to where they are walking. If you have made the investment to market your products and company, make the investment to insure it. Displays can be costly, don’t let them cost you double.
