The Hottest Vehicles of the 2014 SEMA Show

SEMA annually recognizes four vehicle models that specialty-equipment manufacturers believe are the best platforms for accessorization and that showcase the year’s coolest products. The awards are presented on the first day of the SEMA Show based on the total number of vehicles chosen for display in exhibitor booths at the annual event. Each booth vehicle represents a vote by the exhibitor. The SEMA Award honors are presented in the categories of Hottest Car, Hottest Sport Compact, Hottest Truck and Hottest SUV.

SEMA Announces 2015 New Product Award Winners

The Specialty Equipment Market Association (SEMA) announced the winners of the 2015 New Products Showcase Awards this morning at the 2014 SEMA Show. This award is given to the most innovative and cutting-edge new and featured automotive aftermarket products. Nearly 2,000 products were entered into 16 different Showcase categories to be considered for the SEMA New Product Awards this year. Winners were selected based on a variety of factors that included quality, marketability, innovation, technology, consumer appeal, and more.

2013 SEMA Award to Showcase Hottest Vehicle Platforms

To showcase the industry’s top trendsetting vehicle models, the SEMA Award will be announced and presented to winning automakers during the 2013 SEMA Show in Las Vegas, November 5–8, 2013. Through the program, SEMA exhibitors will identify the vehicle platforms they believe are best for accessorizing and ideal for showcasing their new products.

Show organizers will take a tally of every booth vehicle at the Show to identify the most popular vehicle models in four categories: Hottest Car, Hottest Truck, Hottest 4x4-SUV and Hottest Sport Compact. With each booth vehicle representing one vote, the most prominent models will be named the SEMA Award winners for the year.
