The success of an in-house program for the owner’s Cadillac franchise had sparked interest as to whether a similar business model would work in his Honda and Toyota franchises.

Exhibitors With Less Than 1,000 lbs. of Freight: Take Advantage of SEMA's Free Drayage Program

The 2010 SEMA Show is less than two weeks away. Have you already made your freight arrangements? SEMA offers free drayage to exhibitors whose total freight is less than 1,000 lbs. and is delivered in a personally operated vehicle (POV) driven by an employee. The program is available Saturday, October 30 and Sunday, October 31 from 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. and Monday, November 1 from 8:00 a.m.–2:30 p.m.

Don't Miss the LTAA Fall Nationals Taking Place at the SEMA Show

The annual LTAA Industry Reception has long been the premier gathering of light-truck accessory professionals at the SEMA Show. LTAA has added a new attraction this year—the LTAA Fall Nationals Pinewood Drags. All proceeds from the Pinewood drag races benefit Childhelp and Victory Junction Gang Camp. Securing Credit: Meet the Experts

A recent SEMA survey indicated that business credit availability is among the biggest challenges faced by SEMA members today. Many with solid lender relationships have had terms altered and face tougher requirements. Recognizing this need, the SEMA Education Institute will be offering a number of sessions at this year's SEMA Show to address these challenges.

More Than $600K in Scholarships Awarded to "Showdown at SEMA" Championship Participants

Three outstanding technological colleges have stepped up to support the youth who are participating in the “Showdown at SEMA” National Championship in Las Vegas November 2–5, 2010. Each college will award $202,000 in scholarships to six high school automotive teams competing at the Hot Rodders of Tomorrow National Championship.
