Save the Date: 2012 Honda CR-V Measuring Session January 25

  Honda CR-V 2012
SEMA manufacturing members are encouraged to mark their calendars for January 25, 2012, for the 2012 Honda CR-V Measuring Session.

SEMA and Honda will conduct a measuring session for the new 2012 Honda CR-V on January 25, 2012. SEMA manufacturing members are encouraged to save the date to get a personal preview of Honda's popular CUV. The session will take place at Honda's facilities in Torrance, California.

Complete information on the session and event registration are available online.

Honda Motor Co. pulled the sheet off the 2012 CR-V during the L.A. Auto Show in November. According to the Detroit News, the 2012 CR-V is equipped with a 2.4L four-cylinder engine that adds power and fuel economy when compared to the outgoing CR-V.

Other changes to the CR-V include a smoothed-out and lowered roofline, a lowered floor that maintains the same clearance, and an overall vehicle length that is one-inch shorter than the 2011 model.

Stay tuned to eNews for more information about session times and space availability. For more information on SEMA Measuring Sessions, contact Bill Wolf at billw@sema.org.
