 New Products Showcase photography
For 2009, the SEMA Show New Products Showcase will not only feature still photography of products (as in previous years), but also video turned into 15-second promotional clips for exhibitors.

One of the staple features of the SEMA Show, the New Products Showcase highlights the industry’s most recent innovations in performance, function and style.

For the 2009 Show, not only is the Showcase 25% larger (at 25,000 sq.-ft.), but it will also, for the first time, feature videography of new products. In previous years, SEMA has professionally photographed new products and posted the photos for media and exhibitors to download.

This year, SEMA will continue to photograph new products, but also add a video component offering 15-second promotional clips with voice-over. Video clips will be hosted on Streetfire.net, an automotive video-sharing site and SEMA Show partner, as well as on SEMA's website.

Still photography will continue to be available at www.semaphotos.com.

This year, look for the new, expanded New Products Showcase in the front of the upper South Hall in front of the Trucks, SUV & Off-Road and Powersports & Utility Vehicles sections.

Like last year, buyers will use scanners which read a barcode associated with the product. The captured product information can then be downloaded in several formats. This year, SEMA is redesigning the product display cases to improve scanning reliability.

Exhibitors: Don't miss this opportunity to get your products in front of thousands of buyers and media. Your first product entry is free, and you can register a product in multiple categories.

The New Products Showcase will open at 8:00 a.m., prior to Show hours.
