Ford to Recognize Top Designers at the 2009 SEMA Show

 Ford will be looking for the best automotive design talent at the 2009 SEMA Show.
Ford Motor Company will again recognize significant design achievements at the 2009 SEMA Show with its Ford Motor Company Corporate Design Awards. Given annually to those vehicles that make significant contributions to vehicle design and stand apart from others at the SEMA Show, the Design Awards will be presented for the most significant accomplishments in the following vehicle categories:
  • Best of Show
  • Best of Show on Ford Corporate Display Stand
  • Best Ford Heritage Vehicle
  • Outstanding Achievement(s)
The formal award presentation will be Tuesday, November 3, at 11:00 a.m. inside the Ford Motor Company Show stand, located in the Racing & Performance section of the Center Hall (the Ford Motor Company press conference will follow at 11:40 a.m.).

Ford Motor Company's Corporate Design judging team will review all show vehicles on display at the Show during Show setup on Sunday and Monday. To assist the judging team, exhibitors are encouraged to submit pictures, vehicle descriptions and display location to semainfo@ford.com by Tuesday, October 27.
