Exhibit Sales Jump More Than 20% in One Week

SEMA Show Floor
More than 1,100 companies have reserved space for the 2009 SEMA Show.
Exhibit sales increased by more than 20% in one week as SEMA Show exhibitors contract for booth space before the pending space selection. More than 1,100 companies have reserved space for the 2009 SEMA Show.

“Activity has been brisk as exhibitors rush to get their space reservations in before the May 8 deadline to participate in the space selection,” said SEMA Vice President of Communications and Events Peter MacGillivray. “And while we will be selling booth space right up to the day of the Show, it’s a good idea to do it now in order to participate in the online priority space selection,” he added.

Each year SEMA Show management creates the preliminary floorplan based on the pre-ordered booth space. Exhibitors that are contracted and participate in the booth draw enjoy the advantage of being included in the initial floorplan rather than random placement after the fact.

It’s not too late to reserve your booth space. The deadline is Friday, May 8. The Exhibit Space Rental Agreement is available here.
