Trim your Show expenses by developing a plan with SEMA's Show experts.

Exhibitors looking to make the most out of their Show-related budgets are invited to participate in “one-on-one” exhibitor meetings with experts from Convexx and Freeman. “Many exhibitors make expensive mistakes when it comes to Show production,” said SEMA Show manager Chuck Schwartz. “Exhibitors who take the time to go over their plans with us before the Show will have substantial savings,” he added.

In a year when every dollar counts, Schwartz says that he has already saved exhibitors 20% on their investment.

“We will save thousands of dollars at this year’s SEMA Show without comprising the integrity of our exhibit,” said Angie Howard, marketing communications manager for Solamatrix. “Kate at ConvExx offered to review our SEMA Show expenditures and offered several cost-saving suggestions. In this tough economy, we really need to spend every marketing dollar wisely,” Howard added.

Exhibitors who are interested in scheduling an appointment should contact Gary Vigil at garyv@sema.org.
