The SEMA Cares Committee, established by the SEMA Board of Directors in 2007, aims to bring the voice and resources of the SEMA community together to make a positive difference in the lives of others.
The SEMA Cares Committee fundraising efforts include the SEMA Cares Pinewood Drag Races at the SEMA Installation Banquet & Gala Fundraiser, part of SEMA Leadership Days; custom industry-built vehicles such as the WD-40/SEMA Cares Challenger unveiled at the 2011 SEMA Show and auctioned off at the Barrett-Jackson Classic Car Show and Auction for $115,000; as well as some products sold at auction on eBay Motors.
Fundraising efforts will benefit various SEMA Cares charities.
