    The Specialty Equipment Market Association (SEMA) announced the winners of the 2015 New Products Showcase Awards this morning at the 2014 SEMA Show. This award is given to the most innovative and cutting-edge new and featured automotive aftermarket products. Nearly 2,000 products were entered into 16 different Showcase categories to be considered for the SEMA New Product Awards this year. Winners were selected based on a variety of factors that included quality, marketability, innovation, technology, consumer appeal, and more.

    The world’s most unique and celebrated customized vehicles from the 2014 SEMA Show will gather and be accessible to the public on Friday, November 7, 4:00–10:00 p.m., as the SEMA Cruise finds its way to a new event taking place immediately after the SEMA Show at the heart of the Las Vegas Strip.

    SEMA’s Emerging Trends & Technology Network (ETTN) will take a more active role at this year’s SEMA Show. Network members were encouraged to attend the Young Executives Network reception last year, but the networks will collaborate for a joint event in 2014. The evening reception will run from 5:00 p.m.–7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, November 4, in Ballroom C of the Westgate Las Vegas Resort & Casino (formerly the LVH) and will offer an ideal opportunity for new or prospective members to learn more about the focus and goals of the groups from volunteer leaders and veteran members.
