Spar has garnered multiple industry achievements throughout his career, notably achieving the title of the first-ever SEMA Person of the Year in 1968. His most impactful contribution to the racing industry is founding what would become the SFI Foundation, which sets safety standards for motorsports competitors. He also actively promotes participation in the MPMC, advocating for leadership roles and the recognition of exceptional individuals.

Raschke has had only three jobs since graduating high school, two of which are in the high-performance automotive arena. Among that, he's achieved a 29-year career with ARP where he is currently the Director of Sales and Marketing. Over his tenure, Raschke has become one of the most recognized faces in the pit area of the major racing series. He's also been a fixture at the MPMC Media Trade Conferences since the beginning, and his current passion is land speed racing.

Congratulations to the 2023 MPMC Hall of Fame class!
