MRC Rep Conference Synopsis
“Have You Ever Wanted to Tell Your Reps OFF? And Vice Versa?”So why doesn't it work? It's a win-win situation when the manufacturer can basically outsource his or her sales force and not have the headaches or costs associated with it? Also seems to make sense for the Reps, experts in their industry and their territory, to work with multiple manufacturers and thus be able to provide a more complete solution to their customers! It's a great fit, but more often than not, it doesn't work the way it should and everyone is frustrated.
The relationship between the manufacturer, account and rep is an important one, and just like any other relationship it must be built on great communication and trust.
First we have to figure out what aren't we doing that we should and what are we doing that we shouldn't. We'll start there and together build a solid plan to move forward into a more productive partnership. The result, of course, should mean more $$$ and less frustration for us all.
There are solutions!!! In this short, 75 minute, highly interactive session we will discover them.
