Representing new innovative products and services in the specialty automotive aftermarket, these next-gen automotive leaders are looking for a big break to launch their business to the next level.

The top 10 owners, presidents and c-level executives under the age of 40 in the automotive specialty-equipment market have been selected. The competition to narrow these 10 candidates/businesses down to the top five has begun on Facebook.

YEN Member of the Month—Alain Eboli, OMIX-ADA/Rugged Ridge/Alloy USA

Alain Eboli is a graduate of Southern Polytechnic State University in Atlanta. He is a father of a four-year-old boy who also shares a strong interest in cars and trucks. Eboli's role is engineering manager for OMIX-ADA/Rugged Ridge/Alloy USA—an independent manufacturer of Jeep replacement parts and accessories.

Her father Mike, who was a professional motorcycle racer and transitioned into performance sales and marketing, never forced the car hobby on Morrow. In fact, while pursuing martial arts and other mainstream pursuits, she didn’t even get her driver’s license until she was 17.
