Chris Thomson, 2010 Board of Directors Nominee

2010 SEMA Board of Directors Nominee, Chris Thomson Dear SEMA Members,

My name is Chris Thomson, and I am asking to serve you as a member of the SEMA Board of Directors.

My career has been devoted to the automotive aftermarket. I have worked in distribution, retail and wholesale, as well as positions with Mr. Gasket, Flowtech and Holley Performance. I am the national sales manager at AIRAID Filter Co. where I take great pride in being a part of a team that has seen our company grow from a fledgling manufacturer to winning the MRC STAR Award in 2004, 2005 and 2007 and the PWA Manufacturer of the year award in 2006 and 2009. AIRAID is a progressive, energetic company that encourages my participation in our industry.
My SEMA experience includes membership on the SEMA Political Action Committee (PAC) Board, SEMA Governance Committee, Motorsports Parts Manufacturers Council (MPMC) Select Committee, Diesel Marketing Task Force, Rep of the Year Committee and WD of the Year Committee and my current term on the Board.

I have worked all sides of our industry and understand the goals and challenges we all share. If re-elected, I will continue to work for cooperation between the OE manufacturers and our SEMA-member companies; standardized business technologies; and increasing member participation at the council level.

SEMA provides its members benefits ranging far beyond the Show. With your vote, I promise to listen to your needs and make the strength of the organization work for you.

Thank you for your support.
