FLN's next webinar will be "Retention and Your Employee Value Proposition (EVP)" and will take place on July 11 at 10:30 a.m. (PST). In this virtual workshop, participants will learn how EVP is a valuable tool for attracting today's talent. The session will explore the current workforce, the labor shortage, and generations. In particular, the session will cover the collective wants and needs of Gen Z and Millennials, as they make up 64% of today's talent pool. Retaining these generations is critical for any organization and building your EVP is an important step towards achieving your retention goals. The session will be presented by Sandy Zannino, HR and DEI Consultant at Innovative Auto HR LLC (IAHR). Webinar registration will open in June.
